Side profile photo
A good side photo is the most valuable input for AI analysis. Follow the tips below -- but don't worry if it's not perfect, the AI will work with what you have.
Photo tips for best results
-Distance: Stand 4-8 feet away -- close enough to see the full body, far enough to capture the whole dog
-Lighting: Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid flash -- it flattens body shape. Avoid backlighting (dog in front of a window)
-Angle: Camera at your dog's shoulder height, perfectly side-on so you can see the full belly line
-Position: Dog standing naturally on a flat surface, all four feet on the ground
-Don't stress: An imperfect photo is still analyzed -- just answer the questionnaire below to help fill any gaps

Top-down photo
Looking down at your dog from directly above reveals the waist shape. This is optional but helpful.
Top-down photo tips
-Position yourself: Stand directly above your dog, camera pointing straight down along their spine
-Distance: High enough to capture the full body from nose to tail
-No flash: Flash from above casts harsh shadows that distort body shape -- use natural light
-Optional: Skip this if your dog won't stay still -- the side photo and questionnaire are sufficient
